Soft and Subtle Summer Floral Arrangment
This morning I woke up in the mood to do a new floral arrangement for my kitchen, so this is what I ended up with. I'm really loving a color palette with soft shades of lavender mixed in with dusty tangerine or wheat tones and a touch of pale pink and sage green right now. Dopamine Dressing
It's been a bit of a heavy week for me, so this morning I decided to try a little dopamine dressing . Somehow, the simple act of stepping into my closet to create a new outfit with happy colors and fun textures just lifts my mood and helps me feel ready to tackle the day.
